My name is Claudia. After many years of working in the Miami-Dade construction and real estate market, I have developed the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively address the challenges encountered at job sites, and agencies.

These experiences have equipped me to develop solutions that effectively address the needs I have faced across various projects and scopes of work.

Recognizing the need for a more meticulous approach, I envisioned the creation of a consulting services firm dedicated to assisting developers, general contractors, architects, and various property owners by facilitating permit expediting, among other essential resources.

Through my experience, I have gained a thorough understanding of State and local agencies relevant to each scope of work.

My goal is to deliver effective solutions, address challenges, and help these professionals and property owners save valuable time, allowing them to concentrate on other critical aspects of their projects.

Also, I offer additional turnkey services: Notary, NOC, and Clerk of Court recordings.
